General trauma, PTSD
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Psychodynamic, Mindfulness/Meditation
As a trauma therapist, I’m here to create a safe and supportive space where real healing can happen. My approach is warm, engaging, and collaborative—I’m not just here to listen, but to walk beside you as you move through what’s difficult and into what’s possible. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities including EMDR, CBT, DBT, Emotional Resolution, Grief Therapy, and Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy. I’m also trained in CBT for insomnia and provide affirming care for LGBTQ+ clients. Whether you’re navigating trauma, grief, identity, anxiety, or a major life shift, I aim to meet you with compassion and curiosity. My work is deeply personal—I’ve experienced firsthand the transformation that’s possible through trauma healing and psychedelic integration. I bring that lived insight into our sessions, along with a gentle presence, thoughtful questions, and an unwavering belief in your capacity for growth. Together, we’ll move at your pace and celebrate the moments—big and small—that signal change. You don’t have to do this alone, and I’m here to help you reconnect with your strength, your story, and your sense of self.
