If you’ve spent most of your life holding it all together, staying small to keep the peace, or putting everyone else’s needs before your own, I see you. Maybe you’re exhausted from people-pleasing, from being “the strong one,” or from trying so hard to get it right. And now, you’re ready for something different. I work with BIPOC and queer adults who want to stop shrinking themselves and start living more fully—especially those navigating ADHD, depression, or simply feeling disconnected from who they really are. You don’t have to do it all alone anymore. My style is warm, honest, and deeply affirming. In our work together, we will unlearn old survival strategies, build boundaries that feel good in your body, and create space for rest, joy, and self-trust. You have carried so much for so long. Now it’s your turn to take up space and live life on your own terms.
“As someone who didn't really trust that therapy could help, I'm glad I found Amilia. She helped me develop the tools to manage my depression, and I can't believe I waited so long to get started.”
Finding the right fit is important. Based on reflect’s experience matching thousands of clients, this is our assessment of Amilia’s therapeutic style. Keep in mind, therapists can adapt their style to your specific needs.
Mental health should be accessible, but therapy can be expensive. That’s why reflect has negotiated with Amilia to provide their private pay services at a discount – up to 50% less than their typical rates on other platforms.
Note, reflect does not accept insurance.
