My passion is working with clients from unique backgrounds and/or experiences who often contact me because they want to work on or through complex trauma, such as oppression based and/or intergenerational trauma. Issues that arise for minority groups, such as oppression, racism, and marginalization, are relevant, recognized, validated, safely contained, and honored by me. I focus on mindfulness and helping you develop a sense of deep care for yourself and your life. I am deeply committed to helping people create the most fulfilling lives possible, validating their unique experiences.
