Hi I'm Brianda
You don’t need to have it all figured out—most people don’t. I work with teens and adults, including first responders, who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or just a general feeling that something needs to shift. Whether you're looking to speak openly without judgment, set boundaries, improve communication, or rebuild your confidence, our work together can help you feel more grounded and connected to your true self. As a sex therapist, I also support clients in exploring issues around desire, intimacy, identity, and emotional connection—with care, clarity, and compassion. I take a holistic, body-based approach to healing that weaves together talk therapy, Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, and dream analysis. I’m especially drawn to the wisdom of the body and the unconscious—using tools from Jungian depth psychology to help you understand deeper emotional patterns and find your way forward. Above all, I aim to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and empowering—so you can come as you are and explore what healing looks like for you.
“Brianda helped me reconnect with parts of myself I didn’t even realize I’d been ignoring. Her calm, thoughtful presence made it easy to open up, and her somatic approach helped me actually feel the changes—not just talk about them.”
