EMDR
I work with insecure, anxious, and burnt-out individuals seeking balance, hope, and confidence in themselves. Together, we work toward finding calm, slowing that racing mind, and quieting the inner critic that tells you you’re not enough, not doing enough, or that you don’t fit in. Many clients struggle with expressing their emotions in ways they feel proud of—sometimes reacting with outbursts or shutting down—and despite their best efforts, lasting change feels just out of reach. My approach is relational and flexible—I blend humor, mindfulness, visualization, somatic work, and talk therapy to help you explore new ways of living and being. Sometimes, if the mood strikes, we take therapy outdoors for a walk—being in nature can make difficult conversations a little easier, especially here in such a beautiful area. If you want a down-to-earth, adaptable therapist who meets you where you are, I’d love to connect.
“Tim has helped me find peace in the chaos. His calm presence and down-to-earth approach make it easier to slow my racing thoughts and quiet my inner critic. I’m learning to express my emotions without judgment and feel more balanced every day.”
Finding the right fit is important. Based on reflect’s experience matching thousands of clients, this is our assessment of Timothy’s therapeutic style. Keep in mind, therapists can adapt their style to your specific needs.
Mental health should be accessible, but therapy can be expensive. That’s why reflect has negotiated with Timothy to provide their private pay services at a discount – up to 50% less than their typical rates on other platforms.
