Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Structural Family Therapy
I strive to always bring my own sense of authenticity to every session as I believe that therapy at its core is successful due to the relationship between clinician and client. As your therapist I will promise to be consistently present, challenge you gently but firmly when you need me to, and to empathetically and truly care about what you have to say. I have fourteen years of experience in the mental health field addressing issues ranging from depression and anxiety to substance use to feelings around gender and sexuality. The recent past has taught us that there is little in life we can be certain of. You can do this, though, and I'm here to help if you need.
“Sean is consistently there for me, challenging my negative thinking and pushing me to grow. If you're looking for a therapist who's both supportive and not afraid to help you break through mental roadblocks, I recommend him.”
Finding the right fit is important. Based on reflect’s experience matching thousands of clients, this is our assessment of Sean’s therapeutic style. Keep in mind, therapists can adapt their style to your specific needs.
Mental health should be accessible, but therapy can be expensive. That’s why reflect has negotiated with Sean to provide their private pay services at a discount – up to 50% less than their typical rates on other platforms.
Note, reflect does not accept insurance.
