Hi I'm Sanford

I work with individuals, couples, and families who are seeking deeper understanding and meaningful change in their lives and relationships. Whether you're feeling stuck in patterns of anxiety or depression, navigating the impact of trauma, or simply facing challenges that are disrupting your sense of self, my role is to walk alongside you as we explore what’s coming up and why. Our work together begins by getting clear on what brought you to therapy. From there, we’ll co-create a plan that reflects your goals and the pace that feels right to you. I draw from a variety of approaches depending on what you need in the moment—always with the aim of helping you build greater self-awareness, ease your distress, and move toward independence, confidence, and self-acceptance. This is a challenging time for many, and each of us is holding it in our own way. My hope is to offer a space where you can feel supported as you reconnect with your strength, navigate what’s difficult, and move forward with more clarity and self-trust. If you're curious about whether we might be a good fit, I’d be happy to talk more.

“Working with Sanford has helped me feel more grounded and more like myself. I came in feeling overwhelmed and disconnected, and through our sessions, I’ve been able to better understand what’s underneath that. He creates a space that feels both safe and honest, where I can slow down, reflect, and actually start making changes that feel real and lasting.”
