First and foremost, I want to hear your story. I believe that every person has the right to be seen and heard and I believe that one of the keys to healing is understanding the root of the pain. I draw from various areas of psychotherapy like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness, but I believe my greatest tool is myself. I’m someone that is very curious about what makes people tick and I want to explore that with you. I’m authentic, I’m human, and I’m not afraid to laugh or cry with you. I’m right by your side, every step of the way.
