The guiding purpose of my practice is to create an accepting and supportive environment for all my clients. My focus is building a genuine therapeutic relationship through trust and empathy so that clients feel safe and heard. I value authenticity and strive to bring cultural awareness and evidence-based practices to my work. I have experience working with culturally diverse populations and recognize the importance of bringing that diversity into practice.
