Eclecticism, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Hi, I’m Neil. I work with adults who are curious about themselves and open to discovering new ways to cope, heal, and grow. I believe therapy is a partnership where we work together to build a stronger sense of well-being—not a quick fix, but a journey toward lasting change. My approach is grounded in patience, persistence, and self-awareness—qualities I’ve come to deeply appreciate through my own life experiences. I also bring insights from my work as a Communications Coach in Collaborative Practice, where I help couples communicate honestly and respectfully during difficult transitions. This experience has reinforced my belief in the power of compassionate connection and honest dialogue, which I carry into every therapy session. I know change can feel overwhelming and hard, but with steady effort, kindness toward yourself, and a supportive space, you can move forward—one step at a time. I’d be honored to support you on that path.
“Neil creates a space where I feel truly heard and understood. His calm, patient approach helped me explore parts of myself I hadn’t before, and his belief in taking things step by step made change feel possible. Working with him has given me new tools and hope for the future.”
