Hi I'm Nakia

I was born and raised in Oakland, CA. I’m a mother to three wonderful adult sons. I enjoy football, music, family gatherings, and date nights. I have always had a strong desire to serve the community through education and understanding. As a licensed therapist, my focus is you as an individual and how your experience impacts your ways of coping. The intent is to increase your quality of life, develop new skill sets to change unwanted behaviors, and relieve stressors.

“I'm thankful that I had Nakia with me on my journey. I was having trouble finding a partner truly attuned to me. She helped me find my own sense of self again.”
