Hi I'm Denee
With over 25 years of experience supporting individuals on their mental wellness journeys, I bring a grounded, compassionate presence to therapy. My approach combines warmth, humor, and determination to help you build insight, gain perspective, and create space to truly thrive. I specialize in working with adults over 25 who may be navigating complex PTSD, childhood trauma, depression, anxiety, codependency, addiction, and life transitions. I have a deep passion for supporting people of color, biracial individuals, and those of all gender identities who are seeking healing and growth. Together, we’ll bridge the gap between thought, motivation, and action—moving at your pace, in a space that feels safe and empowering. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I’m honored to walk alongside you as we work toward clarity, confidence, and change.
“Ms. Denee made me feel seen from day one. She brings just the right mix of warmth and realness, and I always leave our sessions feeling more grounded and capable.”
