Hi I'm Jon
My intention is to create a powerful container where you feel safe, seen, heard, and understood. Through a trauma-informed and compassion-focused approach, we will comprehensively examine your life, symptoms, behaviors, ways of thinking, etc., in order to make sense of why things are the way they are and ultimately begin evoking change. The word “heal” comes from an Anglo-Saxon word meaning “to whole.” I believe that difficult life experiences can cause us to fragment and disconnect from our authentic selves. It would be an honor to be of service to you and help you along your return to wholeness
“Jon makes sure I'm seen and understood in session. He helped me understand how I developed my way of thinking and how I might go about making change in my life.”
