Hi I'm Jess

Hi, I’m Jess. Over the years, I’ve had the honor of witnessing growth and transformation during challenging times, and I’m looking forward to connecting with you. I specialize in supporting folks navigating issues around racial identity, relationship struggles, and codependency. I’m passionate about working with BIPOC, queer, and those who experience multiple layers of systemic oppression. My approach is informed by trainings in Internal Family Systems therapy and Somatic Experiencing, helping you develop deeper awareness and healing in both body and mind. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, or self-esteem, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and respect. I warmly welcome adults and elders from diverse backgrounds, especially those in the LGBTQ+ community, including folks who identify as bisexual, lesbian, gay, non-binary, and beyond. I’m also supportive of clients involved in open relationships, kink, and sex-positive communities. Therapy is a space to explore your story, build resilience, and reconnect with your inner strength.

“Jess has been a compassionate and insightful guide through some of my toughest times. They truly understand the complexities I face as a queer person of color and have helped me develop tools to heal and grow.”
