Coaching, Humanistic, Mindfulness/Meditation, Somatic
I believe that true growth comes from being curious and compassionate with yourself, especially when exploring what’s happening beneath the surface. Using mindfulness and meditation, combined with a coaching and humanistic approach, I create a supportive space where you can tune into your mind, body, and emotions. Together, we’ll gently uncover what’s holding you back and work toward healing and connection in a way that feels authentic and meaningful to you. I also bring somatic awareness into our work, helping you notice how your body holds experiences and emotions, so we can address challenges in a holistic way. My goal is to walk alongside you as you discover new ways to engage with your life—finding purpose, connection, and peace in your unique journey. I look forward to hearing your story and supporting you every step of the way.
