Using mindfulness and meditation, combined with a coaching and humanistic approach, I create a supportive space where you can tune into your mind, body, and emotions. Together, we’ll gently uncover what’s holding you back and work toward healing and connection in a way that feels authentic and meaningful to you. I also bring somatic awareness into our work, helping you notice how your body holds experiences and emotions, so we can address challenges in a holistic way.
