Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eclecticism
Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and in my therapy sessions, I promote behavioral transformation by encouraging a positive outlook and the adoption of new attitudes and reactions. I am passionate about bringing healing to people who have been through a traumatic/stressful experience and helping them to discover healthy perceptions of themselves. In doing so, relationships can be strengthened and the person is able to know themselves as peaceful, complete, and safe. There is no single approach to therapy that is right for every person. I have been trained in various modalities including Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-focused Therapy, Emotionally-focused Therapy, Attachment-based Therapy, Person-centered Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and the Gottman Method. I listen, you transform.
