Coming to therapy can feel strange and intimidating. I strive to provide a warm and supportive space for clients to face the things in their lives that are distressing, to confront painful aspects of themselves and their pasts, and make positive and lasting changes. In therapy, I help clients understand the "whys" beneath their emotions and actions, tap into what may be perpetuating patterns that are no longer serving them, and illuminate inner wisdom. We all need help sometimes and change is possible! Starting therapy is a brave step toward the life you deserve.
“Work was getting more stressful and I was feeling trapped. Yashu helped me take the time to breathe in session and focus on what I really care most about.”
Finding the right fit is important. Based on reflect’s experience matching thousands of clients, this is our assessment of Yashu’s therapeutic style. Keep in mind, therapists can adapt their style to your specific needs.
Mental health should be accessible, but therapy can be expensive. That’s why reflect has negotiated with Yashu to provide their private pay services at a discount – up to 50% less than their typical rates on other platforms.
