Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness/Meditation, Interpersonal Therapy, Coaching
Attending therapy with me won't mystify you because my style is practical, relaxed, and interactive. (I won't just listen!) Changes are uncomfortable: like transitioning into, or out of, a relationship; making big decisions; achieving work-life balance; attending college; and finding your life purpose. Our aim in working together is to make change less troublesome. My counseling style is interactive and relaxed with sprinkles of humor and common sense. I provide conversations and tools to help you--help yourself. Sessions are structured around your goals and follow-up home practice. I excel in providing focus, perspective, and individualized action plans. My specialties are depression, women, codependency and building self-confidence.
“Working with Tralee felt like talking to a very wise friend—someone who actually gives you helpful tools, not just a listening ear. Her down-to-earth approach and humor made therapy feel approachable and genuinely useful.”
