Whatever you’re going through, you don’t have to face it alone—I’m here to help you get to the other side. I work with women navigating stress, anxiety, and relationship challenges, offering a compassionate and solution-focused approach to help you feel more grounded and empowered. I have a special focus on women’s mental health and support clients from all backgrounds in better understanding their emotions, reactions, and patterns. I also have advanced training in perinatal mental health and enjoy supporting mothers through the transitions of pregnancy and postpartum. My style is gentle, down-to-earth, and personalized. I use a mix of traditional tools like cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness, along with complementary practices like Emotional Freedom Technique, so we can find what works best for you.
“Tamara helped me feel seen and supported from the very first session. Her calm, grounding presence and practical tools made a huge difference during a really overwhelming time in my life.
