Hi I'm Skye
You have the capacity to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life! There are multiple forms and layers of oppression that impact our daily lives and self worth. I support clients in acknowledging and addressing shame, grief, trauma, and anxiety. I use LGBTQIA+ affirming, social justice-oriented, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approaches. I'm also sex-positive, kink-aware, & body positive. My expertise is with LGBTQIA+, especially transgender, nonbinary, and gender diverse folks, & BIPOC communities. I approach therapy collaborativeIy and with cultural humility. It’s my goal that through our collaboration, you will uncover new pathways to healing, self-love, growth, pleasure, and balance. Let’s work together towards authenticity and resilience.
“Skye helped me with adjusting after a big breakup with my longtime boyfriend. I didn't feel like I could ever date again, and was feeling really down. I've made a lot of progress. ”
