Hi I'm Shoshana
I work with adults and adolescents specializing in trauma recovery, relationship dynamics and sexuality. I am experienced and celebrate sexual and gender diversity and non-traditional relationship structures and lifestyles. One of my specialities includes healing from traumatic experiences of marginalization, othering and/or not belonging, leading to beliefs such as "There's something wrong with me" "I'm not ___enough" and leaving the person vulnerable to pain and self-denial. I help clients find freedom from these beliefs and trauma states of mind & live into who they are. My work is somatic and experiential. “Experiential” means I support you to cultivate a relationship with your felt experience, emotions and empowered choice making to help you live into and align with your core needs, desires & values.
