Deciding to start therapy takes courage and strength. Whatever has brought you to my practice, be assured that you have might the right choice and you are on a path to healing. I began my career working in shelters for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, but I have found my passion as a therapist. Meeting with me will be part of your own self care, but I am not afraid to gently push you through emotional barriers. Feedback is vital, so you will learn to trust me and we will use tangible tools to treat your everyday challenges. I strongly believe that everyone is capable of change, and you don’t have to do it alone.
Finding the right fit is important. Based on reflect’s experience matching thousands of clients, this is our assessment of Sara’s therapeutic style. Keep in mind, therapists can adapt their style to your specific needs.
Mental health should be accessible, but therapy can be expensive. That’s why reflect has negotiated with Sara to provide their private pay services at a discount – up to 50% less than their typical rates on other platforms.
Note, reflect does not accept insurance.
