Hi I'm Salonia
If you are experiencing self-esteem issues, going through a difficult break up, having difficulty in dating, or experiencing issues connecting or feeling understood in your family or romantic relationships, therapy can help! My goal in therapy is to help you unpack how your unique upbringing guides your current belief systems while simultaneously promoting you to make positive changes, by taking actionable steps towards the life you want. My approach to our work together will be relational, holistic, and culturally sensitive, and most of all sincere. I will pull from various modalities to cater a treatment plan to your unique needs.
“I come from a culture that doesn't really believe in therapy, so I was nervous about getting started even though I knew I needed help. Salonia was very thoughtful in her approach and helped me address some childhood trauma I had left festering. I'm glad I started therapy!”
