I am EMDR certified and enjoy using this treatment approach to heal clients. Additionally, I enjoy treating athletes and people in the performance industry. All populations can undergo transitional periods and stages of change that can cause anxiety and extreme stress. I have a strong passion for helping others find their sense of purpose and meaning, and will do so through the appropriate therapeutic approach.
