Hi - my name is Rachel we l and I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Child Development Specialist. I help clients who feel overwhelmed or anxious, are struggling in their personal relationships, or want support through a life transition. I help clients snd parents of young children develop new ways to feel grounded, express themselves, and relate to others more successfully. Therapy will help you become more aware of what's behind your thoughts and feelings, and help you learn to respond mindfully to situations, rather than being "triggered" and having knee-jerk reactions. Please feel free to schedule a free consultation to learn more about how I can help, or book your first session if you are ready.
“I was a very reactive parent and juggling a lot of work stress. Rachel helped me establish better boundaries with my colleagues and kids so that things run more smoothly.”
