As a first generation multicultural therapist, providing culturally attuned therapy that welcomes all parts of your diverse identity is at the crux of my practice. (BIPOC, LGBTQi ally) Holding the role of an informed guide I will support you in unearthing your truth & unwinding old conditioned patterns and pain. My role will dance between being intentionally structured and holding sacred space as needed.
“I needed an expert in trauma-informed therapy. Pujita brought warmth to every session and I felt safe processing things with her.”
Finding the right fit is important. Based on reflect’s experience matching thousands of clients, this is our assessment of Pujita’s therapeutic style. Keep in mind, therapists can adapt their style to your specific needs.
Mental health should be accessible, but therapy can be expensive. That’s why reflect has negotiated with Pujita to provide their private pay services at a discount – up to 50% less than their typical rates on other platforms.
