I firmly believe within each one of us is a reservoir of great strength, wisdom, and health. No matter what the challenges we face, we can tap into this resource and find new possibilities for our self-growth. My goal as a therapist is to team up with you to facilitate your natural healing and help you to make the changes you are seeking. I use gentle person centered methods focused in the present moment to initiate the healing process. Primarily, I work with Internal Family Systems, and the Flash Technique models as well as tools from Vedanta and NVC. I‘d be honored to walk with you on your healing journey.
“Working with Patsy helped me reconnect with a deep sense of calm I didn’t know I had access to. She brings such a steady, kind energy into each session—it felt like having a teammate who truly believed in me.”
