Hi I'm Nicole

Hi, I’m Nicole—though you’re welcome to call me Nikki. I work mostly with adult women in helping professions who want a safe, welcoming space to be themselves and make the most of their lives. I combine Western psychology with mindfulness and self-compassion practices from Eastern traditions to help you navigate life’s changes with more ease and authenticity. I specialize in anxiety, burnout, big life transitions, pre- and post-natal support, and chronic health challenges. I also love working with fellow therapists and those training to become therapists. Everyone is welcome here, no matter your background or identity. I’ve been calling the Bay Area home since 2012 and outside of therapy, I enjoy staying active and spending time with my dog—who sometimes pops into sessions!
