Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness/Meditation
Hello! My name is Natalie, and I’m a therapist who began my career working at a nonprofit, providing therapeutic support to children, young adults, and parents. I transitioned to private practice in 2018. I enjoy working with a wide and diverse range of clients and currently offer individual therapy to adolescents and adults. I conduct therapy in a way that feels positive, warm, non-judgmental, and culturally sensitive. I have experience helping clients cope with a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges, including anxiety and depression, as well as issues related to friendships, relationships, parenting, self-esteem, and difficulties in school or the workplace. I incorporate elements from various therapeutic approaches but primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and change thinking and behavioral patterns that may be holding them back. I work with clients to develop coping skills, self-awareness, insight, and effective communication to help them lead more satisfying and successful lives. I truly love the work I do because it allows me to support and witness people making positive changes in themselves and their lives.
“Natalie created a warm and welcoming space where I felt safe to explore my feelings. Her positive and non-judgmental approach helped me better understand my thoughts and behaviors, and she gave me practical tools to manage anxiety and improve my relationships. I’m grateful for her support throughout my journey.”
