Hi I'm Michelle
I am a second-gen queer Filipina, and certified Brainspotting Therapist and Consultant. My lived experience with perfectionism and people-pleasing have significantly influenced my therapeutic practice and fueled my strong desire for healing. I work with people that belong to marginalized communities that struggle with identity, self esteem, and confidence issues expressed typically as anxious or depressive symptoms, as well as those that might have experienced developmental trauma.
