I believe therapy is a place where one can get unconditional support to find one’s true self, and find guidance to blossom to one’s full capacity. Most of us struggle, as we stray from our original path, and our inner compass informs us of this. I like to work with anyone who is interested in exploring their true nature, and is willing to do some hard work. I like working with adults who have struggled with minority and immigrant issues, women’s issues, multi-cultural issues, racial identity, aging, codependency, family conflict, life transitions, self esteem, spirituality, sexual abuse.
“Mi brings a very calming energy to sessions, which helped me really open up. I now better understand my inner strengths. She brings a blend of Eastern and Western tools, so you have a choice of direction too.”
Finding the right fit is important. Based on reflect’s experience matching thousands of clients, this is our assessment of Mi’s therapeutic style. Keep in mind, therapists can adapt their style to your specific needs.
Mental health should be accessible, but therapy can be expensive. That’s why reflect has negotiated with Mi to provide their private pay services at a discount – up to 50% less than their typical rates on other platforms.
