EMDR, Humanistic, Interpersonal Therapy, Experiential Therapy
Before becoming a therapist, I used to be a writer, so I am passionate and knowledgeable about how meaningful stories are to the human experience. My approach to therapy is one of active, yet gentle collaboration between therapist and client. My practice as a psychotherapist is to help cut through outdated narratives that often prevent us from creating the changes to live a satisfying and enriching life. I am calm and compassionate, and offer a warm, inviting space where clients can develop a deeper awareness of themselves, gain insight about their lives, and explore relationships and challenges on a path toward a more harmonious future. Looking forward to working together, and to learning your story.
