Feeling stuck with anxiety or depression while your creativity takes a back seat? If you want to feel more playful, confident, and like yourself again, I’m here to help. I’m originally from the UK and have spent years working and traveling in different cultures before settling in the Bay Area 17 years ago. I bring a lot of experience from art projects and healing practices into my therapy work. I believe when parts of us don’t get expressed, it can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or stuck in unhealthy patterns. In our sessions, you’ll get a safe space to talk, unpack, and see things from new angles. Everyone expresses themselves differently, and I’ll help you find your own way to be true to yourself and live that out. I mostly work with creative folks who feel stuck or alone, helping them feel seen and heard, get clear on what they need, and move toward a fuller, more creative life. I use a mix of creative, body-based, and talk therapy tools, always focusing on building self-compassion and confidence.
“Jules really gets it. They helped me feel safe to open up and express parts of myself I’d been holding back for years. Their creative and compassionate approach made therapy feel different—and I’ve grown more confident and hopeful because of it.”
Finding the right fit is important. Based on reflect’s experience matching thousands of clients, this is our assessment of Jules’s therapeutic style. Keep in mind, therapists can adapt their style to your specific needs.
