EMDR, Interpersonal Therapy, Mindfulness/Meditation, Somatic
I'm enthusiastic about helping you to see yourself and your life through a new lens. I can provide help with relationships, communication, anxiety and developing healthy patterns. I also teach mindfulness and integrate the body into therapy. Prior to being a therapist I was a bodyworker for 10 years. There is an interesting relationship between the body and the mind and I enjoy combining these approaches in my practice. This could look like mindful breathing, learning some awareness techniques or noticing how your body reacts when you have certain thoughts. I look forward to helping you to know yourself better!
“Jessica provided me much needed guidance through therapy but also brought in mindfulness and body awareness techniques. I learned how to do mindful breathing and tune into the way my body responds to thoughts. She really helped me get more connected to myself. ”
