Childhood trauma, LGBTQ+
Psychodynamic, Mindfulness/Meditation, Internal Family Systems
I work with individuals looking to improve their relationships and overcome depression and anxiety. Many of the people I support have experienced childhood trauma, struggle with low self-worth, or face challenges in their relationships. I have a special interest in working with highly sensitive people and LGBTQIA+ individuals. My approach helps you explore your unconscious motives and inner world, so it’s a great fit if you value self-awareness as a path to personal growth. Drawing from Buddhist psychology and mindfulness, I bring a relational depth to therapy informed by my studies in Jungian Psychology and Internal Family Systems (IFS), a trauma-focused therapy. Finding the right therapist matters. When you’re ready, feel free to reach out—I’d be happy to answer your questions and explore how I might support you on your journey.
