Hi I'm Dorinda
Hi, I’m Dorinda. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and I work with teens and adults who are feeling stuck—whether that’s due to anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, or big life transitions. My approach is supportive, straightforward, and rooted in evidence-based therapies like CBT and mindfulness. I also bring in tools from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, DBT, and exposure-based work when it’s helpful. At the core, I believe therapy should help you better understand yourself, make meaningful changes, and feel more grounded and confident in everyday life. Most of the people I work with are navigating tough emotions, self-doubt, or patterns they’re ready to shift. You don’t have to have it all figured out to get started—you just have to be open to the process. If you’re curious about working together, I’d be happy to talk and see if it feels like a good fit.
“Dorinda really helped me feel more in control of my anxiety. She listened without judgment and gave me tools I still use every day. ”
