Caregiver stress, Autism
Mindfulness/Meditation
I am passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals, specifically those who are Autistic and/or have ADHD, whether they are formally diagnosed or self-identified. I welcome all stages of a person’s journey. My approach is creative and strengths-based. I am direct but collaborative in a nonjudgmental way. Much of my work with clients focuses on radical self-acceptance and building on inner strengths. After completing therapy with me, you’ll experience a reduction in anxiety and depression by exploring triggers, emotional patterns, and sensory experiences. We’ll deepen your understanding of yourself and your neurodivergent identity, and you’ll gain practical strategies to navigate daily life as well as stressful moments.
“Danielle was my support system navigating my identity after coming out. I'm glad to have her support.”
