Stress can deeply affect our sense of well-being, shaking our trust in ourselves and others and often leaving us feeling disconnected, hurt, or afraid. Neurodivergence can bring similar challenges. I work from a strengths-based, somatic awareness approach rooted in self-compassion, supporting you through experiences like grief, anxiety, depression, aging, cultural or ethnic injustice, and the big questions about life’s meaning. Together, we’ll explore daily tools and simple mindfulness practices to help you manage your thoughts, feelings, and actions, both during our sessions and in between. Our work focuses on building your wellness resources step by step — increasing self-acceptance, deepening body awareness, and developing new skills that gently support you on your path. This isn’t just my work, it’s my own lifelong journey too. I believe we’re all learning and growing together in this ‘school of life.’ Through learning to trust and accept ourselves more fully, we can find greater peace, safety, and ease in everyday moments.
