Jungian Psychotherapy, Psychodynamic, Somatic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
I work with clients to create awareness and then address unhealthy patterns that cause so many of us feel lonely, unfulfilled, and overwhelmed by our careers and relationships. I enjoy helping clients identify the impact of imposed values of culture and family, as well as the impact of past experiences, and assist them in creating an authentic and aligned set of values they can live by with more ease and conviction. I also focus on the basics of distress tolerance, creating healthy boundaries, and building a trusting relationship with the self.
“I hit a creative block and couldn't get past it no matter how much I tried. My insecurities kept mounting so I needed some outside support. Christine was the perfect fit for me.”
Finding the right fit is important. Based on reflect’s experience matching thousands of clients, this is our assessment of Christine’s therapeutic style. Keep in mind, therapists can adapt their style to your specific needs.
Mental health should be accessible, but therapy can be expensive. That’s why reflect has negotiated with Christine to provide their private pay services at a discount – up to 50% less than their typical rates on other platforms.
Note, reflect does not accept insurance.
