I've worked in corporate technology and the arts before becoming a marriage & family therapist. I'm passionate about helping people through life crises or ongoing issues. My specialty includes addressing issues pertaining to dysregulation of the central nervous system and ancillary therapies which address this such as LENS Neurofeedback, Heart-based breathing exercises, biofeedback and a psychophysiological perspective on mental health. I treat the whole person and their nervous system!
“Bonnie is amazing! Her background in tech and the arts brings a cool perspective. Working with her has been a game-changer for me—highly recommend!”
