EMDR, Eclecticism, Humanistic, Narrative
It is only human to let the trials and tribulations of life weigh us down, and pull us away from our personal growth. We can feel stuck in old patterns and it is hard to see a way out. Therapy allows us to see our struggles from a new perspective, and find new paths towards positive change, and create a more harmonious interaction with our world. I collaborate with all of my clients very closely, as each one of us is ready to grow in different ways at different times in our life. I work from a relational, intuitive perspective that varies based on each client’s needs. I also am a trauma-informed therapist, and can offer EMDR to clients who choose to dive more deeply into specific traumas and events.
“Aviva and I worked together. She recommended using EMDR to process things that had me feeling stuck. I've been able to grow out of old patterns I'd developed and feel much better.”
Finding the right fit is important. Based on reflect’s experience matching thousands of clients, this is our assessment of Aviva’s therapeutic style. Keep in mind, therapists can adapt their style to your specific needs.
