I work with people of all ages to feel seen, get unstuck, and move through life’s harder moments with more ease and self-trust. I especially love supporting teens and adults navigating anxiety, identity, and life transitions—including the stress that can come with being a person of color, a member of the LGBTQ+ community, or someone impacted by systemic oppression. My work often centers around anxiety, body image, self-esteem, depression, trauma and PTSD (including complex trauma), eating disorders, and navigating spiritual growth. I also support clients working through grief, infidelity, family conflict, and relationship or communication challenges. I bring a deep care for those who are part of immigrant communities or impacted by social injustice, and I welcome college students, couples, and individuals from all walks of life. In sessions, I blend holistic and evidence-based approaches and shape our work around what you need—whether that’s tracking anxious thoughts, reflecting on dreams, or having a peaceful space to land and be heard.
“I started working with Avani during my Saturn return, when everything in my life felt upside down. She helped me find steadiness in the chaos and reminded me that growth doesn’t have to be perfect to be real. Her mix of warmth, curiosity, and practical tools made me feel both seen and empowered. I’ve grown so much in ways I didn’t expect—and I’m honestly proud of who I’m becoming.”
Finding the right fit is important. Based on reflect’s experience matching thousands of clients, this is our assessment of Avani’s therapeutic style. Keep in mind, therapists can adapt their style to your specific needs.
Mental health should be accessible, but therapy can be expensive. That’s why reflect has negotiated with Avani to provide their private pay services at a discount – up to 50% less than their typical rates on other platforms.
Note, reflect does not accept insurance.
