Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Interpersonal Therapy, Psychodynamic
I’m an experienced psychotherapist with over 30 years of working with trauma survivors, including Holocaust survivors and their second and third generations. My training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic psychotherapy, and EMDR, which I use to support clients through a variety of challenges. I work with individuals and families facing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, stress, and life transitions such as divorce and custody issues. I also offer support for those dealing with chronic illness like kidney disease and dialysis, as well as career and work-related stress. My approach is compassionate and tailored to each client’s needs, with a strong focus on creating a safe space for healing and growth. If you are looking for support with trauma, family or parenting challenges, or navigating complex life stressors, I’m here to help.
“Anne’s deep experience and compassionate approach made a huge difference in my healing journey. She helped me navigate difficult emotions with kindness and understanding, and her expertise with trauma gave me tools to move forward. I always felt safe and supported in our sessions.”
