Coaching, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, lost, lonely, depressed, or anxious, please know you’re not alone. Many people experience these feelings in today’s world. I’ve dedicated the past 16 years to supporting individuals, couples, families, children, and older adults through challenges like grief, relationship struggles, and mental health concerns. As a licensed social worker, I take a whole-person, strength-based approach, using therapeutic techniques including family systems, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), attachment-based therapy, and mindfulness. I’m also trained in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT & EFIT), which is especially helpful for couples and individuals. As a mother and partner, I deeply value healthy communication, connection, and acceptance. Having experienced depression and anxiety myself, I truly understand the importance of being heard and supported. If we work together, I’ll strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can express yourself freely. With empathy and patience, I’ll help you gain insight and skills to build the changes you want and create a new life.
“Anahita helped me navigate difficult emotions with patience and kindness, guiding me toward practical steps that brought real change. I’m grateful for the safe space she created and the progress I’ve made with her help.”
